Same-day or next-day boda / courier delivery within Kampala. Free above UGX 200,000.
Delivery across Uganda
Bus parcel or trusted courier to Jinja, Mbarara, Gulu, Mbale and beyond. Typically 1–3 days.
East Africa
We ship to Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzania via freight on request. Quote includes door delivery.
International
Available on request for diaspora founders and brands. Air freight only, quoted per order.
Lead times
In-stock SKUs ship same week. Custom and bulk orders ship in 3–6 weeks.
Payment
Mobile Money, bank transfer or cash on pickup in Kampala. Bulk orders require a 50% deposit.
Samples
Most SKUs are available as a single sample so you can review quality before bulk.
Returns
Damaged or wrong items are replaced free of charge — flag within 48 hours of delivery.
